【indication】

This vaccine is recommended for the prevention of pneumococcal pneumonia in high-risk populations aged 2 and above, including systemic infections caused by the 23 serotypes of pneumococci mentioned above.
1. High risk groups include:
(1) Elderly people aged 65 and above.
(2) People with normal immune function but chronic diseases (such as cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease, diabetes, alcoholism, cirrhosis).
(3) Immunocompromised individuals: splenectomy or splenic insufficiency, sickle cell disease, Hodgkin's disease, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, chronic kidney failure, nephrotic syndrome, and organ transplant recipients.
(4) Asymptomatic and symptomatic HIV infected persons.
(5) Patients with cerebrospinal fluid leakage.
